From N. David Culver I wrote that a long time ago for the US Army and afaik it was used mostly at Childrens Hospital, Boston and Edgewood Arsenal, MD. It was developed for EEG (Electroencephalogram) analysis. At the time, workers at Rocky Mountain Arsenal were complaining about the long term effects of getting whiffs of nerve gas from leaking WWII canisters of Sarin. So I ended up as the prime contractor for a 10 year study of thousands of people.
