This directory is PROM's I have read. They were read with a Data-IO Unisite.
Checksums are checksums reported by the Unisite. .bin is binary file and
.hex is Intel hex32.

I found Intersil 5603A and Signetics 82S126 PROMS in the boards.

These are from 8/A board that were controlling a Baird spectrometer. I
had two board with them and one byte is different on the 057890. I don't
know which is the correct contents.
