HELP.OC<HELP.SX,HELP.SV/I/T

This compares a HELP.SV file which does NOT appear to know about LDF.HL
with one (having the same date) which does (file #2).  Without having
the source files handy, it is hard to know exactly what the differences
represent.  It is puzzling that both versions have the same date, and
nominally the same features (lower case, abbreviations, HELP: device,
etc.).  It must be that HELP.SX is the version I sent to DECUS, while
HELP.SV is the version I distributed with LDF.		(jvz 10-10-92)
