From maslin/disks/kaypro/
Used k10fload.tdo format.com to format disk. Format is also on k10hload.td0
   in user 13. Needs to be renamed from .moc to .com. Same version as on 
   k10fload.
Used k10hload.td0 to install 2.2H version of operating system.
The k10grld1.td0 disk gave error CANNOT CLOSE DESTINATION FILE when copying
  files. Also reload.sub script expects files on user 1 but all files are on
  user 0.
Used K10GRLD2 to E disks to install software. See !readme on K10GRLD1 for
  installation instructions.
  K10GRLDC TEACH5.CMD had a read error. Copied from k10h disks below.
  masmenu files coped from k10grld1.td0
  All except disk 1 report 2.2F when booted.

Found later there are two Kaypro directories in Maslen archive. This looks
like later disks:

k10hald5.td0 is not convertable with TD02IMD.COM. I have not tested if my HxC
disk emulator can use the disks.  TD02IMD.COM also reports some errors on the
other disks.

Found another copy here which has k10hald8.td0 which is missing from above.

These disks have identical directory to the Maslen disks but don't have errors
converting and has the 8th disk.
