	This short patch to the V3D release of PIP.SV (PIP V11A)

	restores the /E /F /L options which were removed because

	of the change to the date algorithm and the change-over

	to the new way of writing dates.  In addition, the /N

	option has been included to print dates in the 'numeric'

	format previously employed.


	To add this patch to your version of PIP, proceed as

	follows:

			.R ABSLDR
			*PIP.SV/I
			*PIPEFL=13000$
			.SA SYS PIP=6503
			.SA SYS PIP=6503


	The second .SAVE operation will restore the program to

	its original location (the file does not get any longer).

	This will preserve any patches you may have made to your

	version.  This overlay does not conflict with any known

	bug fixes through revision V12B.  The version distributed

	with V3D release contained a serious bug in the /Y option

	which was fixed with the V12B patch (July 1978).  Please

	note that this patch will -NOT- work with the version of

	PIP distributed with OS/78-V2, because of changes made to

	accomodate the symbiont feature.  Those with access to a

	source file for this version could undoubtedly make the

	necessary changes...
