I did have to repair some of the boards to do this demo. The blue resistor has a manufacturing defect in the covering. Likely that allowed the element to corrode. It measured 14k after I removed it. It was supposed to be 1.96k. This caused the channel gain to be way off.
Not shown I also had to replace a bad op-amp IC.
